Those who sought justice against the INSS (National Social Security Institute) and won the action to grant or review retirement, pension or aid may have money to receive this month.
The CJF (Council of Federal Justice) released R$ 1.393 billion to pay RPVs (Small Value Requisitions) to 89,708 policyholders who were victorious in 69,732 lawsuits against the institute. The payment order must have been given by the judge in February.
The RPVs are actions of up to 60 minimum wages (R$ 72,720 this year), released within two months after the process is fully completed. The payment order of those who are part of this lot was given, in the process, on some day in February, and the money must be deposited to the insured by the end of March.
Payment of amounts is made through the TRF (Federal Regional Court) that serves the state of the beneficiaries. In the case of residents of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, the RPV is paid by the TRF-3 (Regional Court of the 3rd Region). In all, 6,987 beneficiaries who won the INSS in 5,862 cases will receive R$ 167.4 million in this region.
To find out if he will have the money, the insured must check the release of the amounts on the TRF website to which he belongs. Consultation can also be made with the lawyer involved in the case, if any. In São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, the website is www.trf3.jus.br.
According to the TRF-3, the processing of amounts has already started and takes, on average, seven days to complete. After this period, the money will be deposited into the account opened by the court to make the payment.
“When the processing is completed, the accounts will be opened, the systems updated and the communication sent to the courts. At this moment, the following information will appear in the query: total payment, with information from the court, amounts deposited and financial institution (Bank do Brasil or Caixa)”, says a note from the court.
Released values are even higher
The amounts released by the CJF this month are even higher. This is because the Council of Justice pays monthly the RPVs related to social security and assistance processes, which includes the BPC (Benefit of Continued Provision), for example, in addition to the food allowance to civil servants who sued the federal government in search of unpaid salary differences. .
Whoever won the action in February will have the money released in March. By the end of the month, you will receive the amounts in the account opened in your name or that of the lawyer, exactly as occurs with INSS policyholders. In all, the CJF released R$ 1.7 billion to the TRFs to pay 155,755 beneficiaries who won 127,280 cases.
How to make the query?
Policyholders in São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul must access the TRF-3 website. On the home page, go to “Procedural consultation”, on the right side of the screen, in a green frame, below. Then click on the arrow next to “Process number” and choose the option “Payment requests”.
Then, go to “Consultations by OAB, Process of origin, Requisitioning Office of origin or Protocol number” and enter your CPF, OAB of the lawyer or the case number and click on “I’m not a robot”. Then go to “Search”; then your RPV will appear.
To know if you will receive this month, it is necessary to observe the dates. RPVs whose “TRF protocol date” is some day of February 2022 are paid in March. After payment, “Total paid to court” will appear. The money will fall into the account opened by the court at Banco do Brasil or Caixa Econômica Federal.
