The stock prices have recovered, after yesterday’s strong retreat, with the market finally closing below the levels of 1,700 units, which had split intra -conference.

The market followed the upward reaction of European markets that reacted after four downward meetings.

The General Price Index closed at 1,698.34 points, up 0.78%.

Intra -conference recorded a higher price at 1,709.88 points (+1.46%).

The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 151.63 million, with 33,381,591 shares.

The high capitalization index rose 0.89%, while the mid -capitalization index rose 1.63%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of PPA (+12.66%), Optima Bank (+3.13%), Alpha Bank (+2.23%) and Piraeus (+2.10%) were the highest.

On the other hand, the shares of Coca Cola HBC (-1.28%), Aktor (-0.58%) and Lamda Development (-0.45%) fell the biggest decline.

The largest volume of trading was presented by Alpha Bank and Piraeus with 13,404,405 and 4,862,266 shares, respectively.

Alpha Bank with 29.87 million euros and Piraeus with EUR 25.02 million was the highest value of transactions.

68 shares were on the rise, 34 declining and 18 remained stable.

The shares rose the most: PPA (+12.66%) and Performance Techologies (+7.38%).

The biggest decline was recorded by Nakas (-3.23%) and Medicon (-3.04%).
