The vehicle’s digital immobilization is removed through the MyCar application.

What is the process

The person concerned is linked to the application with the TAXIS codes and follows the following route: Applications → Tax Services → Vehicles → MyCar → Input to the application → Digital Honesty / Traffic → Vehicle Removal Statement

It registers the registration number and the details of the vehicle’s immobilization management that wishes to put into digital immobilization. It also states responsibly that the parking lot is privately owned, rented or granted and submits the application.
In case:

  • It is a unique owner, the system gives him an application number and informs him that the vehicle has been put into digital stillness.
  • There are co -owners, they are informed of your request via a message in their personal door. In order to complete the procedure, they must approve the request themselves through the MyCar application by following the same procedure.

Digital immobilization is allowed only for passenger cars. Vehicles and motorcycles (two -wheeled or tricycle) car, which are “in motion” and the owner has the license and their license plates in his possession.
Removal Removal Conditions are the payment of this year’s traffic charges and the vehicle insurance coverage on the date of lifting

In specific cases, the lifting of immobilization requires the person concerned to address the DU/KEFODE house:

  • Theft or embezzlement of the vehicle
  • Theft or embezzlement of the vehicle
  • Vehicle traffic abroad
  • Transfer
  • Seizure of the vehicle or removal of its details by a public authority
  • Delivery of the vehicle to recycle
  • Completely destruction of the vehicle due to fire or other cause
  • Auction
  • Any other case where the owner or owner of the vehicle is not in possession of either the vehicle or its registration (license and signs)
  • Death of the owner of the vehicle, where the immobility is declared by his heirs (unless a registration authorization has been issued in their name).

Great care

The right to temporarily abolish analogue by paying proportional fees shall be granted only one (1) time within the year. If one wishes to move the vehicle for a period longer than the already selected, since it has already submitted the application for removal, they will have to pay the annual registration fees deducted from the amount already paid. When the traffic for which analogue traffic has been paid, the vehicle must be immediately put into digital stillness in other case, the vehicle is automatically placed in immobility by AADE.

Motion Calculation

The time of temporary movement of the vehicle is calculated from the date of submission of the request and not from the date of payment of the registration fees.

If one wants to put his vehicle in motion for three months for example from June 20, the period from June 20-30 is considered as a whole month. It can therefore be moved by the rest of June, July and August.
It cannot be lifted for two months in December because the year ends.

Fines

If it is found in the audit that the vehicle is circulated although it has been reported in digital stillness, the payment fees are imposed and a fine of € 10,000. In the event of a recurrence, a fine of € 30,000 is imposed and the owner/holder’s driver’s license is removed.

Temporary license with a M plate

With the “M” sign, you can release the vehicle up to 3 days a year – if insured –
by paying a fee of 10 €. The right is granted up to twice in time. (either once for 3 consecutive days or 2 times with a combination of 2+1 or 1+2 days).
The “M” is granted digitally, whether the vehicle has been voluntarily stagnant to the DOU or digital stillness, exclusively: for its delivery, at a life -ending vehicle collection or for repairing and checking it by KTEO or to change the space in which it is kept.
