EUR 11.42 billion amounted to a total of regulated debts through the out -of -court mechanism with the number of successful arrangements reaching 34,872 according to the RPH. In particular, in April, the regulated debts amounted to EUR 513 million corresponding to 1,439 arrangements. The number of new applications (5,480 in April) is dynamically moving with the final submissions of applications reaching 2,850.

At the same time, 3,494 vulnerable households have benefited from debt arrangements in accordance with the already established obligation and 191 debtors managed to suspend scheduled auctions using the advance measure.

Through the out -of -court mechanism, debts to the State (AADE, KEAO) and Financial Institutions (Banks, Servicers) were deleted about 3.61 billion euros. Specifically, the average haircut for debts to the State is 15% and is 30.4% for financial bodies. Finally, almost 50% of the debts to financial institutions received a debt of more than 30%.
