When are the ‘checks’ activated – what elements mention the temporary register – what do you need to know about the procedure and objections
By Vangelis Dourakis
The provisional results of the DBA Social Tourism Program will be posted within the next 24 hours, and before next Friday. The scoring process is currently underway, which is expected to be “closed” immediately, so that the provisional register of beneficiaries can be posted shortly afterwards. The margin will be given to any objections and the final list of beneficiaries will be drawn up, as the redemption of checks is “activated” on 1 June.
The Provisional Register of Beneficiaries – Beneficiaries and the Temporary Excluded Tables are posted on the DBA website. Participants are informed of the results of the process with their own care from the Website and the online services/applications of the Public Employment Service.
What elements does the temporary register state
The temporary register is listed:
- The codes of application of all beneficiaries who qualify for participation, the last four digits of their tax register (VAT ID) and the last four digits of their social security registry (AMKA),
- Beneficiaries’ molecules for each of the selection criteria, total scoring and order of their classification,
- The initial and final letters of the name and the last four digits of the social security registry number (AMKA) of the beneficiaries per beneficiary,
- The indication of whether or not to issue social tourism for any selected beneficiary and for any beneficiary of the one who meets the conditions.
The beneficiaries of the registers who do not have a indication of a social tourism check have not been selected to subsidize their stay and their ferry movement.
In the event that the same child has been accepted by both parents, after completing the scoring, the child will be registered as a beneficiary to the parent with the highest scoring.
The process of objections
Those who have filed an electronic application for participation have the right to submit exclusively through the DBA electronic services, a single objection to the results of the temporary registry and the temporary tables excluded within the time limit set by the decision of the Governor and will be announced on the DBA website. Submission of objections after the above deadline is not possible.
Participants who file an electronic objection in order to correctly evaluate their objection must:
- to clearly indicate the ratio of the objection and in relation to the rejection ratio (eg incorrect scoring, fulfilling the conditions for participation, etc.) and
- to substantiate their allegations, attaching to their objection by electronic scanning documents.
- The attachment of supporting documents is required in each case, even if it relates to self -motioned elements, such as income.
Objections not submitted through the electronic services of the DBA website are not examined.
After examining the objections by the Board of Directors of the DBA, the Commander is drawn up by the final table of excludes and the definitive register of beneficiaries, including the same information as the corresponding temporary table and the provisional register.
Against the definitive register of beneficiaries and the final table of excluded participants have no right to appeal
The definitive register of beneficiaries and the final table of excludes are posted on the DBA website.
Participants are informed of the results of the procedure with their own care from the Website and the Electronic Services/Applications of the DBA.
