On Monday, April 4, 2022, the prepayment of the regular unemployment subsidy, the long-term unemployment subsidy and the self-employed unemployment benefit will begin, as well as the prepayment of the Easter Gift to the subsidized unemployed, to the beneficiaries of the special maternity benefit license, according to an announcement by OAED.
The credits of bonuses and the Easter Gift will be done automatically by direct deposit in the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. As mentioned in the announcement, no action is required from the beneficiaries and there is no reason to attend the Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2).
Payments are displayed in bank accounts within three working days, after their payment by OAED.
At the same time, OAED clarifies that the prepayment of the benefits of those unemployed who are obliged to declare their presence, during the period from April 4 to May 3, will take place, after the declaration of presence, which is done exclusively electronically (gov.gr → Labor and insurance → Unemployment → Declaration of presence of subsidized unemployed).
