5 days before the completion of the tax filing process at the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance in victory, they arrive one after another requests to extend the correction. Just because so many statements have been made, a possible extension would not harm the flow of revenue for the State, the agencies argue. It would not even significantly hurt the image of a relatively smooth process, and even in the first year of application with such a suffocating timetable.

  • Serious malfunctions and delays in the AADE Information System. Slow loading speeds and delays in processing statements. For some time yesterday the system had been completely “dropped”
  • Posting Clawback Certificates by EOPYY on June 26 and 27 that makes it difficult to submit the tax returns of businesses that are already significantly lagging over those of natural persons
  • Disruption in June with the sudden need to indicate the optional code 081 as a prerequisite for the payment of the rent refund.
  • Delayed posts and amendments of certificates (to a much lesser extent than other years) by bodies and public bodies such as hospitals, OTAs, EFKA, benefits and diseases.
  • Increased workload as in recent months, among other things, digital clientele, digital shipping note, digital card expansion, digital benefits, etc.
  • E3 data delays with Mydata in settlement, inventory, subsidies, etc.

If an extension is given, this is reportedly announced a few hours before the expiration of the correction. At a given time, it would be better to be announced than now… ..
