Even easier and faster the process of registering vehicles in the digital clientele is made, with the new free application of the Independent Public Revenue Authority for mobile phones and tablets.
The application radically simplifies the process for debtors, reducing registration time to less than 30 seconds.
What is changing in practice
With the new application:
• The user scans the vehicle sign through a mobile device.
• The task tab automatically opens.
• Upon completion of the task, the user scans the QR Code of the receipt or the barcode of the invoice and the process is completed.
If no work is finally done, this is recorded with options such as “without repair” or “without damage”, accurately capturing the visit of the vehicle.
In particular, for businesses with ERP system, the application is interconnected directly with AADE, automatically drawing the necessary data – further facilitating the recording.
The app is available, completely free, via MydataApp for all businesses that are part of the digital clientele.
To facilitate digital clientele users, AADE has created a special video with instructions, which is posted on its channel, YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-S1BMR4GFK).
The digital clientele is a modern digital tool that promotes transparency and equitable competition in the industry, as the frequency of registrations and the behavior of registration are discreetly monitored by AADE digital systems, identifying potential transgressor patterns that bypass the taxpayer.
