The submission of applications for the new “Special Employment Program of 100 Unemployed, to the DBA Payment and Control Agency” for the new “Special Employment Program) is launched today, Monday, July 14 at 11:00.
The action will create 100 new full -time positions through the placement of staff in OPEKEPE services, according to Annex I to the program.
The program is aimed at unemployed higher education (IP, TEs) registered in the DIPA Digital Registry, who have a digital individual action plan (ASD).
Beneficiaries will be employed for a period of 12 months with gross monthly earnings of up to € 1,300. The deadline for submitting applications will expire on Saturday, July 26 at 15:00.

Interested parties submit a request for participation and select from one to three installation services. Beneficiaries’ classification criteria include:
- A period of continuous registered unemployment
- Annual tax year 2024 individual or family
- Age
- Number of minor children.
The selection system is based on the scoring of the above criteria and on the grade, classification and placement of candidates in corresponding positions using computer software.
The total budget of the program is EUR 1,860,000.
