“With the concession of Tae Kwon Do by ERAD to the Attica Region, a new, creative cycle begins – both for the Faliro Olympic Stadium and for the overall exploitation of public property,” the Minister of National Economy and Financial Economics said today.

Specifically, Mr./Pierrakakis points out that:

“With the concession of Tae Kwon Do by the ERDA to the Attica Region, a new, creative cycle begins – both for the Faliro Olympic Stadium and for the overall use of public property.

Tae Kwon Do, one of the most typical examples of Olympic installation that has been left for years without a coherent plan of utilization, is now transformed into a modern, multifunctional center in the heart of the Faliric Bay Metropolitan Park.

The concession contract signed yesterday is a practical recognition of the Self -Government as a strategic partner in the management of public property. I am sure that Nikos Chardalias and his team will make the most of this area with a social and development sign.

Public property belongs to all citizens and must be a dynamic capital that produces goodwill in society. Our mission is to turn this property into a tool of sustainable growth and employment.

We will not leave any opportunity unused. With boldness, plan and transparency, we will prove that the State can work effectively, for the benefit of all. “
