The platform for submitting applications that provide thousands of families in the form of a Voucher for the registration of their child or their children in Nursery and Kindergartens of EETA in the period 2025-’26 has been opened. This year, the relevant JMD determines the program’s two -year power and while the special platform has already begun to welcome applications depending on the tax ID of the person concerned. The deadline for submitting applications expires on August 14.

Applications apply to infants, children’s, nurseries, CDPS and EETA CDPS. The action is about “promoting and supporting children for their integration into preschool education as well as the access of school age, adolescents and people with disabilities, to creative employment services” 2025-2026.

The process of submitting applications and deadlines

The basic innovation of this year’s Joint Ministerial Decision is its two-year duration, which offers greater stability, through the already committed resources of the program, while the involvement of stakeholders will be through its two cycles, with corresponding invitations of interest: 1st Circle 2025-2026 and B Circle 2026-2026.

The program is aimed at: infants and toddlers for hospitality in kindergartens and kindergartens, school children and adolescents for CDAP creative activities, and children and disabled people with disabilities.

Applications and supporting documents will only be able to be submitted electronically through the special application on EETAA SA website, www.eetaa.gr, from 30/7/2025 – 14/8/2025, based on the latest digit of the VAT of the applicant/applicant, beginning as follows:

  • 30/7/2025 – 31/7/2025 for the VAT that expire in 0, 1, 2.
  • 01/8/2025– 02/8/2025 for VAT IDs ending in 3, 4, 5.
  • 03/8/2025 – 04/8/2025 for VAT IDs ending at 6, 7, 8, 9.
  • 05/8/2025 – 14/8/2025 for all VAT.

For entry into the electronic application it is necessary to possess the codes Taxisnet Exclusively of the applicant.

The majority of the data required will be automatically obtained from interfaces with information systems through the Interoperability Center of the Ministry of Digital Governance.

Right to participate All parents or persons who have parental care or diligence, foster parents, commissioners or supporters, legal representatives of infants and pre -school and school children, children, adolescents and people with disabilities, wishing their children, in their children, in their children.

The terms and conditions for the participation of stakeholders and bodies/structures are described in detail in the call for expressions of interest, which was posted on 30/7/2025 on the EETA SA website (www.eetaa.gr).

All applicants may be appealed during the objections, even if their application has not been finalized.

What are the income criteria

Attention: For each child, one and only application should be submitted.

In addition, each applicant must meet the following conditions cumulatively:

  • Have personal codes (taxisnet), which will be used to submit the application.
  • Have a cleared tax return for the tax year 2024 (income obtained from 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024), both for himself and for the other member, as well as for the children/disabled children.
  • Have total family income for tax year 2024

a) not exceeding € 36,000 for the purpose of covering all categories of structures (except for B3 and D structures, excluding income criteria) in order to receive full voucher, In the following distinctions:

Up to € 27,000 for families having up to two (2) children,

Up to 30,000 € for families having up to three (3) children,

Up to 33,000 € for families having up to four (4) children, and the

Up to € 36,000 for families with five (5) children or more.

b) not exceeding € 42,000 for participation in the A1, A2, B1 and B2 structures categories, in order to receive a reduced voucher Voucher, In the following distinctions:

Up to 33,000 € for families having up to two (2) children,

Up to € 36,000 for families having up to three (3) children,

Up to 39,000 € for families having up to four (4) children, and the

Up to € 42,000 for families with five (5) children or more.

In the event that the total family income income of 2024 of the applicants exceeds the limits of that condition (eg more than € 27,000 for families who have up to two (2) children), and up to € 33,000, then beneficiary children will receive a reduced voucher voucher.

The new Joint Ministerial Decision published on Tuesday, July 29, is foreseen to cover posts at Nurseries, KDAP and KDAP for the two-year period 2025-2027, with a total budget of € 755 million.

The action is co -funded by the European Social Fund and National Resources and gives priority to families with greater economic or social needs, as well as children and adolescents with disabilities.

At the same time, through the increased resources of Ykissos, the group of beneficial children is intensely expanded to serve more families.
