Petrobras raised the price of QAV (aviation kerosene) in several centers, according to a publication on the state-owned company’s website, with increases of more than 18% in Duque de Caxias (RJ), Guarulhos (SP) and Paulínia (SP).
The price of Petrobras’ QAV in Guarulhos, where the São Paulo international airport is located, rose to R$4,700/cubic meter this month, versus R$3,990/cubic meter in March.
Sought, Petrobras did not immediately comment on the adjustment. In early March, the company announced an increase of almost 19% in gasoline and about 25% in diesel, causing displeasure from President Jair Bolsonaro.
