Specifically, ratings were reported in: electricity (7.7%), radiators (6.2%), plastic pipes (5.8%), bronze pipes (4.9%), aluminum windows (4.5%), bricks (4.1%), ready-made concrete (3.9%) Floor, Wall (3.2%), switches (3.2%), marble (3.1%), mortar reinforcements and ready -made concrete (3.1%), plastic pipes, synthetic, fiber (2.9%), solar water heaters (2.9%) (2.9%) and 2,5%. In reinforcing iron, prices decreased by 1.8%.
As announced by ELSTAT, the General Index of Materials of Materials of New Buildings increased 2.5% in August 2025 compared to the corresponding August 2024 index, compared to a 5.6% increase in comparison of the respective indicators in 2024 to 2023.
