With the integration of the Municipalities of Didymoteicho and Orestiada, under the operating regime, North Evros now passes at the forefront of the digital transition, in the single, integrated and modern system of the Greek Land Registry. From now on, citizens and professionals have a powerful time -saving tool, restricts bureaucracy and enhances the security of transactions.

The addition of 257,814 properties and 269,921 rights to the Land Registry paves the way for a digital and secure real estate recording system. A system that offers transparency in transactions, shields citizens’ property and lays the foundations for spatial planning and future investment in the area.

Undersecretary of State for Digital Governance, Christos Dermentzopoulos, said:

The Land Registry is now fully operational for the Municipalities of Didymoteich and Orestiada, providing all services exclusively through digital applications, in a stable and reliable environment. Citizens will have access to simple, fast and transparent services worthy of the requirements of our time.
