The shares were closed with significant profits at the first October meeting, with the market exceeding 2,050 points. PPC were at the heart of investment interest.

The General Price Index closed at 2,056.38 points, up 1.09%.

Intra-conference recorded a higher price at 2,057.78 points (+1.16%) and a lower price at 2,025.95 points (-0.41%).

The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 221.65 million, with 42,086,068 shares.

The high capitalization index rose 1.17%, while the middle capitalization index closed with a slight rise at 0.22%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of Ethniki (+3.48%), Piraeus (+3.27%), PPC (+2.71%), Eurobank (+2.29%) and Alpha Bank (+1.47%) were the largest.

On the contrary, the shares of AIA (-1,455), OPAP (-0.86%) of Metlen (-0.75%) and Coca Cola HBC (-0.75%) fell the biggest decline.

The largest volume of trading was presented by Alpha Bank and Intralot with 9,085,528 and 9,074,550 shares, respectively.

Piraeus scored the highest value of trading with € 42.51 million and Alpha Bank with € 33.07 million.

54 shares were upward, 50 declining and 16 remained stable.

The shares rose the most: Progressive (+14.44%) and ECPHE (+11.24%).

The biggest decline was recorded by Daios Plastic (-7.89%) and Mouzakis (K) (-6.72%).
