4. If someone is not entitled to the state subsidy and remains on the floating tariff, he is literally in the eye of the storm. The charge for the 400 kilowatt hours can reach 163 euros or more than 40 minutes per kilowatt hour. This amount will be paid by the parents for their child’s dormitory until the tax return is completed and the subsidy is credited retroactively, which for the consumption of March will reach 72 euros.
