Actor and presenter Paulo Vieira, who commands a picture at BBB, from Globo, took to social media on Tuesday night (12) to complain that he boarded a Latam flight, but had no pilot to take off.
“I’m here on a Latam flight that just doesn’t have a pilot. Everyone is sitting here waiting for someone with a license And to come fly for us. They’re hunting pilots. Seriously,” wrote the comedian on the internet.
Card E is the highest category of CNH, which allows driving large trucks and accordion buses.
Latam replied to Vieira on the social network itself. He said there are several reasons for the problem to occur, including regulation of crew working hours and the need to change pilots for health reasons.
Sought by the SA Panel, the airline claims that, due to unscheduled maintenance on a previous flight, the crew of the plane on which Vieira was on had to be replaced because it exceeded the journey limits established by regulatory bodies.
The flight left Congonhas Airport, in São Paulo, bound for Santos Dumont, in Rio de Janeiro. The problem caused a delay of 44 minutes, according to the company.
“Latam clarifies that all its actions aim to guarantee a safe operation and reinforces that promoting adjustments throughout the day, according to operational unforeseen events, is a common action in aviation and that there is a team dedicated to this. The company also reinforces that aviation is a fully regulated sector, and the working hours of all Brazilian crew members follow the applicable legislation”, says the company in a note.
According to the most recent information from Anac, based on data from the company Cirium, specialized in global civil aviation, Congonhas reached the second position among the large airports in the index with 95.5% punctuality.
BrasÃlia airport appears in third position, with 95.4%. Viracopos had the 13th place, with 90%.
