Panel SA: Association of retail giants elects new board

The IDV (Institute for Retail Development) elected this Monday (2) the new composition of its board.

The new president of the entity for the management from 2022 to 2025 will be Jorge Gonçalves, from Telhanorte.

The two vice-presidency chairs will be taken by Sérgio Herz (Livraria Cultura) and Ronaldo Pereira (Ri Happy).

In addition to them, the executive board is formed by Antonio Carlos Pipponzi (Raia Drogasil), independent directors Marcelo Silva, Fernando de Castro and Hugo Bethlem, Flávio Rocha (Riachuelo), Leninha da Palma Pedroso (Caedu), Luís Norberto Pascoal (DPaschoal ), Luiza Helena Trajano (Magazine Luiza), Marcos Gouvêa (Gouvêa Ecosystem), Ronaldo Iabrudi (Pão de Açúcar Group), Sérgio Zimerman (Petz) and Stephane Engelhard (Carrefour).

Qualicorp appointed physician Ludhmilla Hajjar to take charge of the company’s new personalized care program, Qualiclass.

The cardiologist will supervise highly complex cases, with the support of specialists from other hospitals, including the Israeli Albert Einstein.

​Professor at USP, Hajjar coordinates the Lilia Klabin Levine Clinical Cardio-Oncology Unit, from Incor, and, last year, she was quoted for the position of minister of health, as a substitute for Eduardo Pazuello.
