B3’s technology area will have an internship program for women only.
The selection process, which will be launched this Wednesday (18), will select 20 young people from courses such as computer science, information technology and software engineering with completion between July 2023 and December 2024.
In addition to mentoring, the program has training and volunteer projects. The company says that the first cycle of hiring of interns will take place six months after the start of the program, and the second, within a year.
The selection process will be carried out in partnership with Universia Consultoria.
