The Minas Gerais model Pedro Soltz, 38, is one of the finalists of the 10th edition of Dança dos Famosos in Croatia, which ends on Sunday (29). He is among the four duos that have outperformed the other celebrity contestant couples this season.
“I had never danced professionally in my life. I confess that I’m still learning the differences between musical styles,” said Soltz, who competes in the competition alongside Croatian dancer Tina Walme.
Before Dança dos Famosos, the Brazilian participated in the programs “Croatian Next Top Model” (2010) and the Italian reality show “L’Isola dei Famosi” (2011). He also acted in the Danish film “Three Heists and a Hamster” (2016) and won a role in “Kid Puklo da Puklo”, one of Croatia’s most popular telenovelas.
Born in Belo Horizonte, Soltz has lived in Zagreb, Croatia for six years. He was discovered by an agency scout at 15 in a mall and began working professionally as a model. At 19, he received his first invitation to work in the international market and he never stopped.
Soltz has modeled in over 50 countries and worked for prestigious brands such as Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Lacoste, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, among others. In Brazil, he is represented by the WAY Model agency, the same as international top models, such as Carol Trentini and Alessandra Ambrósio.
