Nick Cannon, parents of seven, says he has more kids on the way this year

Singer Nick Cannon, 41, who had three children last year, said he could hit that number in 2022. While appearing on the Lip Service podcast, he evasively commented on rumors that he would have three children on the way again and added: “If you thought there were a lot of kids last year…”.

The ex of singer Mariah Carey, 53, had already confirmed in February that he was expecting his eighth child: a boy, the result of his relationship with model Bre Tiesi, 30. At the time, he said that “Bre is the next mother of my son”. “It’s weird to say this, but I have a lot of kids,” he added at the time.

Also on the podcast, Cannon commented on his therapist’s suggestion that he try to be celibate for a while, to “relax”. He stated that this was in October of last year and he really tried to follow the doctor’s advice, but he couldn’t even make it to January.

“I started to go through some things… I got depressed about the loss of my son. Then in December, everybody saw that I was really down. So everybody was like, ‘Let’s give him a little vagina, and that’s it. will cure everything,'” said the singer, who claims to have been celibate for a month and a half.

Hearing that he had sex a lot in December, particularly before Christmas, the podcast’s hosts suggested that he might have more children arriving between September and October, to which he replied, “You guys are really good at math.”

Cannon lost his youngest son late last year. Little Zen, the result of his relationship with DJ Alyssa Scott, was only five months old and died of brain cancer.

In addition to Zen, Cannon is the father of six more children. With Mariah Carey, 52, he had 10-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe; with model Brittany Bell, he has Golden “Sagon”, 4, and Powerful Queen, 1; and with Abby De La Rosa he had twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir last year.

According to People magazine, Abby De La Rosa has announced that she is pregnant again, but has not revealed that he is the father of her new baby.
