Luciano Szafir, 55, was discharged this Saturday morning (11) from the Copa D’Or hospital in Rio de Janeiro. The actor, presenter and businessman was hospitalized for 28 days for surgery to remove his colostomy bag.
“Relieved and happy to return home. It was hard times, but I’m here, firm and strong and full of longing for my family. Thank you all for once again sending me this positive current. I can’t thank you for so much love and affection “, he says excitedly.
The operation was performed on May 16 and, at the time, was considered a success by the doctors, who transferred him from the ICU to the room the next day. The scholarship had been placed last year, after he had serious sequelae from a hospitalization for Covid.
Last Saturday (4), his program Casa Szafir premiered on VTV, an affiliate of SBT in Campinas. And it was from the hospital that he made a point of celebrating the success of the debut with his team via video call. “Guys, I’m far away, but close to heart. Soon we’ll be together!”, he said at the time.
This Saturday, the second episode of the program airs, from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm. The guest of the time will be the comedian Gustavo Mendes, who became nationally known for playing the character President Dilma.
