They are located in Eastern Attica and are a wonderful part of its lacy coasts that even today remain unknown to many.
The reason for the beaches Tsonima and Perigiali, two beautiful, family, successive beaches that are located after Keratea and just before Lavrio. The distance that separates them does not exceed 500 meters, but from each other, despite the common elements they have, such as sand and satisfactory natural shading in some places, they differ greatly in terms of size and organization.
Tsonima, as the largest, has the right space to play in the sand, while the sanded rocks on both sides, constantly accommodate stretched sea towels and people looking for the life-giving company of the sun. Around the beach, the shadow from the heaths becomes hard to find on weekends, but this does not discourage anyone, as long as he brings with him his own umbrella and the appropriate supplies for an endless day at sea. The small roadside cafe can offer food, coffee and even fresh water for showers. As for parking, there are days that can really make it difficult for you, as the beach is at the top of the taste of the locals of the surrounding areas.
The difference with Perigiali is that there is no possibility of coffee, the beach is quieter as space is more limited, but still has the exact same characteristics.
However, if you are looking for a beach near Attica to have a good time, either with family or friends, these two beaches are ideal for everyone and you can find them very easily following the signs from the main road of Lavrio.
