Oscar winner Pete, who began his acting career at the age of 22, has starred in iconic films
The Hollywood star made a bomb statement Brad Pitt.
In an in-depth interview with GQ magazine, the 58-year-old hinted that he was approaching retirement, and in the coming months, something that should shock his fans after more than 30 years in the entertainment industry.
“I consider myself in my last step “ characteristically mentioned the actor in the August issue. “The last semester or quarter” he stressed, however, clarifying that he has not yet planned exactly how the curtain will fall.
Pete, who began his acting career at the age of 22, has starred in iconic films such as “Fight Club”, “Moneyball”, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and “Ocean’s Eleven”.
“I am one of those creatures that speaks through art,” he continued. “I always want to to do. If I do not succeed, I’m dying somehow. “
Although the Oscar-winning actor has not stopped working yet, he has stopped something else: the cigarette.
Pete told the magazine that he decided to quit smoking during the COVID-19 pandemic because he was “at an age where nothing good comes of it.”
“I always went with the currents, they took me somehow and then to something else … I think I spent years with a low degree of depression and only when I came to terms with it, trying to embrace all sides of myself – the beautiful and the ugly – I was able to taste these moments of joy “.
Brad Pitt confessed also his nightmares:
“Certainly for four or five years, the most dominant dream I had was to be attacked and stabbed. It was always night, in the dark, and I was walking on a sidewalk in a park or on a sidewalk and as I was passing under a street lamp that looked like the Exorcist, someone attacked me from the abyss and stabbed me in the ribs. Or I had noticed that they were watching me and then someone else was approaching me and I realized that I was trapped and they hurt me a lot. Or that I was being chased into a house with a child, I was helping him escape, but I was trapped – and I was stabbed. Always stabbed. And I was waking up in terror. I did not understand why they wanted to hurt me. “It only stopped a year or two ago when I started going straight back to the dream and just asking why?”
