Juliano Cazarré, Alcides from ‘Pantanal’ used social media this Wednesday (22) to make an emotional report about the birth of his fifth child with biologist and journalist Letícia Cazarré. Maria Guilhermina de Guadalupe Bastos Cazarré was born this Tuesday (21) with a rare congenital heart disease, discovered in prenatal exams. She had to undergo surgery.
The girl remains stable after the procedure performed by doctors who diagnosed her with the disease called Ebstein’s Anomaly. According to Cazarré, Maria Guilhermina is “a little warrior” and recovers well. She is also being accompanied and monitored by a team “so well prepared and dedicated”.
“Maria Guilhermina arrived with a special heart, also dilating our hearts and those of everyone around her! Throughout her pregnancy, the doctors realized that her case would be one of the rarest and most serious within the anomaly and, therefore, we decided to come to São Paulo so that she could be born with the most specialized team. She was born very well, she surprised everyone with great strength and health!”, says the actor.
Cazarré made a point of thanking his friends, family and fans for the support, love and prayers. He also revealed that the couple is calm and confident in the girl’s full recovery. “Our hearts are full of joy and trust! Maria Guilhermina is the most beautiful thing! We will continue to take care of everything so that, soon, we can take her home, where her brothers Vicente, Inácio, Gaspar and Maria Madalena eagerly await her !”, ends.
