Almost three months after suffering the serious car accident that left him hospitalized, former BBB Rodrigo Mussi, 36, went to Mais Você (Globo) this Thursday (23) to talk to Ana Maria Braga, 72. He commented on his recovery and life in recent weeks, and said he is now looking to encourage the use of seat belts in the back seat.
“There’s no turning back, but there’s a way to try to recover and tell people a form of safety,” he said. Mussi says he lost almost 30 kg after the accident, and managed to regain 18 kg with the treatments. He still says he doesn’t care about the scar left after the accident.
“It’s a brand that changed my life completely. I will carry it as a victory”, he says. The former BBB completes by saying that he can already do many activities and intends to return to training at the gym soon, however, he needs to be careful with sports that may involve some impact with the head.
“I’m doing the day-to-day things until it’s normal. The biggest struggle is the emotional one”, he adds. He also says that he doesn’t remember anything about the moment of the accident, just getting into the car, and that he didn’t know the app driver who was with him in the accident.
Application driver Kaique Reis has not been indicted. This is because wrongful bodily injury is considered a crime of lesser potential. The investigation investigating the accident has already been concluded and it says that Reis was reckless and worked too much on that March 31st.
In addition, Mussi also thanked the medical team who provided first aid, even without knowing who he was. “The documents were on my cell phone, for the first time I had left without a wallet. It took hours for them to recognize me, but until then they treated me very well. They saved me.”
