Quentin Tarantino – the most special filmmaker that the United States has produced in the last thirty years – and his wife Daniela have had their second child, a girl.
“Daniela and Quentin Tarantino are pleased to announce that Daniela gave birth to their baby girl on July 2, 2022, a baby sister to their first child, Leo“, they state in their statement.
Daniela, daughter of Israeli singer-songwriter Tzvika Pick, began dating the director after meeting him in 2009 while promoting his film Inglorious Basterds. The couple got engaged in June 2017 and married in November 2018. Their son Leo was born in February 2020.
Last year, Tarantino opened up about dad duties in an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, revealing how he and his wife chose their son’s name, which didn’t come from his close friendship with actor Leonardo Di Caprio, with whom he worked in the films “Django Unchained” and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.”
