This is a three-bedroom, three-bath luxury home in Yucca Plains, California, on six acres in California. Citing related documents, the NYP reports that the house “changed hands” for $1.05 million on July 18.
Rickard and Carol Janet Jorgensen, who also own real estate in Nevada and are the founders of Jorgensen & Company LLC, are said to be the new owners.

With an area of over 1,830 square meters, the advertising listing described the estate as a “once in a lifetime opportunity to own such a property”.
With breathtaking views of the area’s mountains and desert, the complex features a 34-meter-long bridge that leads to a gazebo on the mountainside.

The master bedroom has double walk-in closets and large stone double vanities, as well as a soaking tub. At the same time, the garage reaches 440 square meters.
