Singer Simony, 45, was diagnosed with bowel cancer during a routine exam. This Wednesday (3), she decided to reveal the diagnosis and emphasize the importance of always looking for doctors for her followers. “Because of a tongue, I went to have my exams, very important, the colonoscopy that I didn’t even know we needed to do after the age of 45. This exam is very important and you have to do it every year. With this exam I discovered cancer”, she started in the video in which she appears next to the doctor Fernando Maluf.
A mother of four, Simony said she is excited about the treatment and healing. “We have to give it as helping other people to heal, to have perspective. I’m very strong, very confident, I’ve never been in a fight not to win”, explained the singer who should start chemotherapy soon.
She added that the treatment should last six months. “I’m really strong, I’m super, super, super, with the greatest excitement to start this chemo.
