Actress Grazi Massafera, 40, has denied rumors that she is having a romance with surfer Gabriel Medina, 28. The rumors started after the surfer, who is in Rio de Janeiro, shared a video on Instagram stories petting a cat similar to the actress.
On Saturday (27), Grazi used Instagram stories to deny the romance and explain that she has two cats. According to her, one of the cats likes to stay at home glued to her, but the other usually walks around the neighborhood, in the neighborhood of São Conrado, south of Rio, where the actress lives.
“You who like gossip, stop tagging me in things that are pointless, which I don’t like. My cat is walking on the street, let him walk because he likes it too”, Grazi said in the video.
The actress also shared a message sent to a neighbor saying that the cat had already returned home. “The runaway cat is back at rest in his home. Yes! He goes around,” wrote Grazi. “Cats like it and I’ve recently started leaving it as I’ve noticed it has become calmer.”
Medina enjoys a season in Rio de Janeiro after missing the World Surfing Championship due to a knee injury. He has been enjoying his single life in the city and surfing at São Conrado beach.
