Actor Sylvester Stallone, 76, and wife Jennifer Flavin, 54, are back together. They reconciled less than a month after the former model filed for divorce, a rep for the actor told Page Six on Friday.
The publication confirmed that the former model asked for the suspension of the divorce process that was presented to the Justice while trying to settle with her husband. “They decided to meet at home, where they talked and were able to resolve their differences. They are extremely happy,” the spokesman said.
Even before the official reconciliation announcement, the actor had already hinted that he had resumed his 25-year marriage with the former model by posting a photo of Flavin holding hands on his Instagram profile. In the caption he wrote: “Wonderful”.
Flavin had filed for divorce on August 19 in Palm Beach County, Florida and was seen in her wedding ring soon after. Four days later, Stallone appeared covering up two tattoos he had gotten in honor of his wife.
The couple got married in May 1997, nearly 10 years after they met at a restaurant. They have three daughters: Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
The Golden Globe winner was previously married to Sasha Czack from 1974 to 1985 and Brigitte Nielsen from 1985 to 1987. He and Czack shared children Sage, who died in July 2012, and Seargeoh, 43.
