Cássia Kis summons people to pray in Aparecida against ‘communist threat’

Actress Cássia Kis, 64, has adopted a different speech in recent weeks. If two years ago she harshly criticized the government of Jair Bolsonaro at the height of the pandemic and said that he “should get a belt beating from his mother”, now she believes that the president is “a great man”.

And the newest statement also has a political nature and has generated some controversy. In a video circulating on social media, Kis calls on the public to go to Aparecida do Norte to pray against what she calls a “communist threat”.

“I invite all Brazilians to pray the Holy Rosary on October 12, at 3 pm, this time in Aparecida. We will beseech this good mother to govern our country and free us from the communist threat”, he says.

The actress will be in the cast of “Travessia”, a new plot from 9 pm on Globo that premieres this Monday (10). However, behind the scenes, she has campaigned against Lula (PT) and in favor of Bolsonaro (PL).

To F5, praised the representative. “Today, he is a great man. He is turning, yes, into a great man. I have seen this man cry. And they are not crocodile tears, they are real tears,” he said. “He is seeing the size of the responsibility and it is no wonder that the country has shown his change so strongly.”

In the “holy war” that broke out in the presidential race, with controversies on the networks about Satanism and Freemasonry, it was the “Christian” side of Bolsonaro that Cássia made a point of praising. “He is the only president in the world who speaks about God. And he speaks with force.”

Cássia Kis also revealed in the interview that “there are those who are abortionists and those who are not. I do not approve of abortion.” However, earlier this year, she had already told Fátima Bernardes live that she chose to terminate a pregnancy at age 29.
