Gwyneth Paltrow is enjoying her new decade of life just days after her 50th birthday, according to People.
“They’re fantastic,” the wellness products company owner said at an event in Santa Monica. “I used to care about what people thought of me. Now, I don’t care. It’s so cool. In my opinion, this shows that you are closer to yourself.”
She adds: “I think this transition is particularly difficult for a woman because of what she’s heard, when we turn 40 or the fact that by losing our reproductive potential we’re not desirable or important. I had no anxiety when I turned 50. I felt an amazing release begin to come.”
She has been married to producer Brad Falczak since 2018. “I was lucky enough to meet him at a time when our values and interests aligned. We are working very hard to maintain it,” she said.
Regarding a possible return to acting, the Oscar winner said: I don’t miss it, I don’t miss it. But never say never!”
