Pocah, 27, went through tense moments during her flight home this Sunday (12). “I just had one of the worst flying experiences of my life,” wrote the singer on her social media.
After performing at the Baile da Favorita, which took place on Saturday in Rio Grande do Sul, Pocah left for Rio de Janeiro at the Porto Alegre International Airport. Arriving in the capital, passengers were told they could not land due to strong wind and rain.
“We tried to land twice at Galeão but without success. It was raining and windy in Rio, we had a lot of turbulence and now we have just landed in São Paulo to refuel and try to return today,” he reported on Twitter.
In the background of the stories that the singer recorded from inside the plane and posted on Instagram, the voice of the captain could be heard informing passengers that calls from flight attendants would not be answered by security.
Upon landing in São Paulo, Pocah reported that passengers were afraid to return to the plane for another attempt to go to Rio, and that many were giving up on flying. “Trying the possibility of going even by car! It was nerve-racking! Now we’ve landed and everything’s fine I thank God for all the deliverance!”, he wrote.
