The yellow of the moon is more beautiful than the gray of the asphalt
People everywhere. Sensual eyes. Eyes full of stories. Fascinating looks, looks that show immense pain, looks full of life and above all meaning.
Eyes and eyes that have something to tell you, even if they don’t necessarily want to tell you anything. You must have noticed those eyes, can’t you? The ones that are usually accompanied with a smile on the lips and a sweet conversation with love simply for a good morning.
People with wide eyes
People who believe in something higher. A higher “I”, a higher “you”, a higher “we”. People with faith for the best to come. People with obvious resistance to difficulties, people with strength that nothing can stop them. Few people, measured in fingers, with an aura that is wonderfully captivating. Of those you don’t envy, you don’t scare, you don’t wonder. One of those that you finally can but also want to admire. It’s probably not that hard to find them if you keep looking up. In the light you love, there, towards the moon.
Those for whom things turned out differently
Those whose “otherwise” was unexpected and difficult and thus believed that they would stay like this for life. They are the ones who wanted so much to smile and yet circumstances did not help them. They are the ones who had the courage to conquer the world and finally conquered only a part of it with difficulty. People who did everything to make their dreams come alive and saw them extinguished suddenly, without their consent. People like us, people who definitely remind you of something and remind me of something.
People – heroes. Those who lived past mistakes end up making mistakes in the “now” and if you ask them they probably won’t hesitate to tell you that they are ready to go back in time to change everything.
You know and I know that looking up is easier and more restful for our head. Because really tell me, who wants to be stared down? The yellow of the moon is more beautiful than the gray of the asphalt.
Self-traps and placebo feelings
Where self-traps and placebo feelings, supplemented with encroachment of the “I”, supplemented with silence, insecurities, fears and phobias. An intense and endless emotional internal fear of daring the simplest and at the same time the most complex: To be ourselves.
But if we manage to constantly satisfy the needs of others? If we achieve what will theoretically elevate us to something better socially? If we always do what others expect of us? If we show behaviors that are adapted to social stereotypes? If we do all this, then yes, be sure and certain that it will now be a necessary evil that we never manage to touch happiness.
And the biggest bad thing? That we cannot “get lost” looking at the moon. Our own moon.
The moon is always there even if we don’t always see it
Maybe you, maybe I, maybe all of us refuse or even don’t care sometimes to see it. Let’s look at the moon with the ultimate goal of meeting again honestly with our thoughts. Personally, my trial experience every time I choose to “goof off”, get lost and find myself again, has taught me a lot. Mainly for myself.
It has taught me that being reborn from the ashes requires me to accept entering into a multi-phase process with myself. It requires me to think about me, them and then me again, but for me and no one else. It requires that I allow myself to be in the moment, in each personal moment that I have not had the opportunity to experience at other times in the past. He demands that I apologize once or twice if necessary.
It requires me to say thank you. He demands, insists and finally succeeds. He manages every time to make me believe that everything is a circle after all, just like this one. Like the moon.
Everything is a circle
If you don’t believe it, look up and you’ll see either a full circle or a half-empty one. There are circles everywhere, inside us and outside us. In nature, in people but also in our soul. Circles trying to close and others hoping to open. Circles like the moon.
Circles like the half-empty or half-full moon, depending on the phase we will achieve it. Circles that teach us that life lessons are not given by the easy and the given, but mainly by the difficult and the unknown. Circles that require persistence, awareness and trust. Circles centered on ourselves. These are the most beautiful circles after all because they resemble something from the moon. Mine and your moon, though you find it lost many times somewhere among the stars.
So take off your armor for today and throw one of your thousands of masks in the trash if you want. You know, the ones with the big smile that the cracks and scratches that touched them can be seen from miles away. He won’t even see your face if you decide to look up. No one will find you on the dark side of the moon, but yourself.
And when you find you, there on the other side, the brighter one, let’s make a promise that you and I will wait for each other in the same place. All the light, all the real. What do you think;
