Tirullipa is sued by drag queen who had swim trunks forcibly lowered at Farofa da Gkay

by

The drag queen Halessia, influencer and queen of the lace-type wigs used by the famous, is suing the actor and comedian Tirullipa for the violation of her privacy because she had her swimming trunks forcibly lowered during a joke that simulated ‘Gugu’s Bathtub’, in Farofa da Gkay, which took place in early December at a hotel in Fortaleza. She seeks R$ 50,000 in compensation for moral damages.

Agatha Nogueira Bayer, one of Halessia’s lawyers, said that the client was playing with someone else to get soap in the bathtub when the comedian forcibly lowered his swimming trunks, exposing his private parts to everyone in the room. She stated that, although the client was not dressed as a drag queen, the joke was being broadcast on TV.

According to the lawyer, Tirullipa was not participating in the game and used a moment when her client had her arms behind her back and had no way of getting out of the bathtub to lower her swimming trunks. The influencer called the lawyer after the incident reporting what had happened and received all legal guidance.

Agatha said that for anyone the situation would be an invasion of privacy and a gigantic annoyance, but for Halessia it is even more complicated because when she leaves that joke she dresses as a woman and represents brands. “This line of being able to create the illusion of being a woman and having a member exposed on television is very fine.”

wanted by F5Tirullipa’s press office informed, in a note, that the comedian is not aware of the aforementioned case and, so far, has not been notified in court.

Halessia wasn’t the only Farofa guest who had issues with Tirullipa. He was expelled from Farofa da Gkay after untying the bikinis of at least three guests at the event. After leaving the party, he apologized to the women and tried to justify himself by saying it was a joke.

“I tried to be a joke, a joy, but I exceeded myself. That Farofa atmosphere, that everything can, in reality everything cannot”, he said in a video released on Instagram.
