Accused of hitting his own mother, former Globo comedian is arrested in the interior of SP

The comedian Filipe Pontes, 36, was arrested in the act this Saturday morning (31) after the accusation of aggression against his own mother in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo. Known for his work on Globo imitating the presenters Luciano Huck and Fausto Silva, in addition to the character Tufão from the soap opera “Avenida Brasil” (2012), in the humorous attractions of the house, he was denounced by neighbors.

According to the police report, the attacks took place in the family’s apartment in Campos Elíseos. Upon arriving at the scene, the Military Police found Filipe’s brother still trying to contain the comedian. He then reported that the aggressor arrived home at the end of the morning quite upset and began to offend the mother. Then the comedian began to attack her.

Still according to his brother’s testimony, Filipe also attacked him and threatened to kill the whole family. The case was recorded in a police report at the CPJ in Ribeirão Preto as domestic violence, threat, insult and factual acts.

O F5 contacted the Public Security Secretariat of São Paulo, which confirmed the arrest of the comedian. “He is accused of assaulting his own mother, aged 57. The victim requested an urgent protective measure and the perpetrator will be held until a custody hearing is held.”, says the note.

The report also contacted representatives of the artist, but did not receive a response until the publication of this note. Filipe’s profile on Instagram was no longer available on the network. In addition to working on Globo programs such as Zorra Total, Domingão do Faustão and Altas Horas, the comedian also acted in the programs Pânico na Band, on Band TV and Legendários, on Record.
