Raised in a house of collectors, the now 11-year-old Valencia started drawing since he was five years old and very soon, his parents realized he had talent.
Last year, he became the youngest artist in history to have his own booth at Art Miami, and in December he returned to the fair. There, he sold 11 works, for a total of $1.3 million.
His works are influenced by artists such as Jean Michel Basquiat, George Condo and Picasso, but also from the world of children, with influences from Pokemon and various action heroes.
