In winter, most people would choose a warm blanket instead of an outdoor workout. I’m ashamed to admit it, but I will do it, that I have been this man for many days. Some other days I feel more ready. Others get cold! I confess.
According to experts, however, there are some training routines that if you follow them – even in winter – your body will defy the cold and you will reach your fitness goals again.

Pushups with gradient
All you need is a raised surface, such as a park bench, a chair or a large rock. Place your body on a plank with your arms shoulder-width apart on the raised surface and your legs stretched backwards. Do your pushups from this incline to target your chest and shoulders.
Split Squat and jump
Do lunges by alternating your legs, from right to left for 60 seconds. Do not forget the deep seat in each shift.
Tuck Jump
To create a little extra heat and strengthen your buttocks, this jump is ideal. Make a small jump keeping your body straight followed by a deep seat. In each jump do not forget to stretch your arms backwards.
Do not forget to do the right warm-up, to have the appropriate equipment together so that you do not miss your training even in winter. But do not get cold!
