Jeremy Renner: His health condition is difficult – Recovery may take up to two years

The status of the Marvel actor, Jeremy Renneris much more serious than previously reported, after he was injured by a snowplow, according to his friends.

The famous actor was helping a member of his family who was stranded by the snowwhose car broke down near Renner’s mansion in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, when a 14,330-pound snowplow crushed him.

At the time, Renner’s representatives had stated that the actor was in critical but stable condition while the actor underwent surgery. However, friends now say his injuries are much worse and he was almost bleeding out, waiting for help to arrive.

“Jeremy is fully aware of the fact that he almost died out there,” said people close to the actor. “The right side of his chest was crushed and his upper torso had multiple injuries. He also had a bad head wound, which was bleeding, and a leg wound.”

The actor is said to be aware of the true state of his health and unfortunately has a long road to recovery ahead of him, with friends saying it could take up to two years before he is back to normal.

“Jeremy was in a lot of pain and was having trouble breathing,” the same person said. “He knew he was in bad shape and that he might not make it. It is said that the damage to Jeremy’s chest was so significant that it had to be surgically repaired. So far, he has had two surgeries and will likely need more in the coming weeks on his leg.”

The actor’s family members are at his side, including his mother Cearley and sister Kym. “Jeremy is doing well. He’s a fighter and he’s determined to get through this,” his family said.
