The daughter of tabloid king Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell, who was found guilty at the end of 2021 of trafficking minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation on behalf of American stockbroker Jeffrey Epstein, gave her first interview from prison.
In the revealing interview, which will be broadcast today on Jeremy Kyle’s TalkTV show, Maxwell questioned the authenticity of the infamous 2001 photo which was the main evidence of Virginia Giuffre’s allegations against Prince Andrew for sexual abuse.
“It’s fake. I don’t believe for a second that it’s real, in fact I’m sure it’s not,” adding: “there was never an original….I’ve only seen one copy.”
In 2022, Prince Andrew settled out of court a sexual abuse lawsuit filed against him by Virginia Giuffre for a reported £3 million, according to the Guardian.
