Marilyn Manson faces new sexual assault lawsuit of a 16-year-old girl. The abuse, according to reports in the international press, happened in 1995, in Nassau, New York.
The alleged victim said the abuse happened in September after one of Manson’s concerts. Everything happened on the bus the singer was traveling with. The plaintiff, known as Jane Doe, a fictitious name to protect her identity, told what happened that day when she met Manson.
“While on the tour bus, Marilyn Manson engaged in several acts of criminal sexual conduct against the plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including, but not limited to, forcible intercourse and vaginal penetration,” the complaint states, according to the “Insider” website.

According to the filing, Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, began calling the girl within weeks and asking her to “send lewd photos of her and her friends to his fan club, Satan’s Bakesale.”
Doe said Manson threatened her after the abuse: “If she told anyone, he would kill her and her family.” In the same year, the girl was invited to a concert in New Orleans, where she was also abused. Manson continued to have contact with her and four years later, in 1999, took her on tour where he again abused her and asked her to have sex with other band members.
