The document is signed by a law firm.
“It should be noted that the internet is not a land without law and, given the information collected, we are taking all the necessary steps to identify those responsible for these unscrupulous acts, who will suffer the due sanctions of justice, both in the civil and criminal spheres”, says an excerpt from the note.
In addition to sharing the lawsuit, Laís showed some of the attacks in her Instagram stories. “I’m not one to post these things, because since I entered this internet world, I’ve received a lot of love. I thank you every day, but every now and then, there are haters who say, I don’t care, but talk about my family and father , I will not accept it,” she said, through her tears.
Augusto César Caldas, father of Laís, died aged 68 in December 2021, due to a widespread infection. On social media, a week after the farewell, Laís vented on her profile about what happened. “One week of the worst day of my life, the day I had no air to breathe, no ground to step on, a lump in my throat, an unbearable pain, an enormous emptiness, everything went dark, the day of a nightmare that even today when I wake up I can’t believe it still hasn’t sunk in dad,” she wrote.
