After months of searching, Maria Sakellari is the big winner of this year’s The Voice. The player from Panos Mouzouraki’s team “survived” the three stages of the final and won the grand prize: a “golden” contract with Minos EMI, a Universal Music Company, the country’s largest record label.

Maria “beat” Dodona in the last stage of the final, who was one breath away from victory. Because she also had an excellent presence in the grand final.

The process of the final was soul-destroying both for the players and coaches, as well as for the television audience. And that’s because, a total of seven contestants sang in the first phase, but only four continued: Maria Sakellari, Dodona, Lambros Tsiaputas and Moussis Papamouseos.

The four of them sang for the second time on the Voice stage, however Lambros and Miosis were left out.

Once again, the evening was opened by Fai Scordas, who appeared in the final more sparkling than ever.

Last year’s winner of the competition, Anna Argyrou, also sang in the final, singing her new hit, titled Fool’s Paradise.
