Survivor producer, Ajun Ilijalitalked about what really happened with Katerina Dalaka and Asimina Hatziandreou and how they were eventually expelled from the “Survivor All Star”.

“There was a communication problem in the Greek game”, Atjun Ilijali said – initially – according to what was broadcast by the show “Our breakfast”, in SKAY.

He continued: “A player made an illegal communication. I had asked all the players, in a meeting I had with them, what punishment you would like to see if something like this happens. Everyone answered “abortion” and I agreed with them.”

Elsewhere, Ajun Ilijali pointed out that he knows all the players personally. As he said, “I am their friend as I have presented several episodes. So the game started and in the 4th or 5th week there was a problem with Dalaka about having a phone. All the players made a fuss and invoked the deal we had. Certainly there was an agreement, which is why we removed Katerina Dalaka and Asimina, who was with her. I love her very much too. These two were together. Dalaka is a player very close to me. When we searched the phone, no communication was found.

What he did is he took food and tried to send money over the phone for that food. But is this considered a communication issue or not?” asked Ajun Ilijali.

And then he clarified: “Due to the reaction of the other players we removed Dalaka. At that time the big earthquake happened in Turkey. I stayed in Istanbul and my mind was constantly on the earthquake. With what had gone before, it was impossible for Dalaka to return. Katerina and Asimina were expelled,” added Atjun Ilijali.
