Actor David Dastmalchian made his Hollywood debut with the film “Dark Knight” by Christopher Nolan. Now, 15 years later, the duo have reunited for Nolan’s highly anticipated new film “Oppenheimer”.

Speaking recently to the American magazine “People” the actor referred to the role he will have in “Oppenheimer” saying: “It is such an honor and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to work again with someone who has changed my life and is a source of inspiration for me and to create such a special character.”

Referring to his role in The Dark Knight, Dastmalchian said he is “deeply, deeply grateful” for Nolan’s contribution to both the film industry and his personal life.

“I am so deeply, deeply grateful to him, not only for the movies he gave us to enjoy, but for the opportunity he gave me and changed my life and my family’s life,” the actor added.
