The 79-year-old motoring magnate, Wolfgang Porsche, separates from his 74-year-old partner of 16 years, as she suffers from a dementia-like illness. Sources close to the couple said Porsche has been struggling to live with his wife due to changes in her behavior since she was diagnosed with the disease.

Claudia has four caregivers by her side around the clock, as in the last two years she has been suffering from the disease, she is unable to move independently and her mental awareness has suffered a rapid decline.

The couple have been together since 2007 and married in 2019, while the assets of the Porsche family are estimated at 20 billion euros.

Media in Germany are reporting that Wolfgang has grown closer of late with his girlfriend of 25 years, 59-year-old Gabriela Prinzessin zu Leiningen, also known as Inaara Aga Khan.

Gabriela was born in Frankfurt and like Porsche’s wife, Claudia, studied law in Munich and Cologne.

She married Prince Karl-Emich zu Leiningen in 1991, but the couple divorced in 1998. Later that year she married Swiss Karim Aga Khan IV, 86, the 49th Nizari Ismaili imam, who is considered a direct descendant of the Prophet Muhammad. but they broke up in 2014.

Wolfgang Heinz Porsche is a German-Austrian shareholder and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE, as well as Porsche AG.

He is the youngest son of former Porsche AG designer and CEO Ferdinand ‘Ferry’ Porsche and Dorothea Reitz.

His grandfather was Ferdinand Porsche, the Austro-Bohemian founder of Porsche AG.

His older brother is Ferdinand ‘Butzi’ Porsche, who designed the first Porsche 911.

He has four children, including two with director and screenwriter Susanne Bresser, to whom he was married between 1988 and 2008.

Porsche lives in Zell am See, Austria.
