The singer Maiara, from the duo with Maraisa, went through strong emotions during a flight that left Navegantes (SC) on Tuesday night (4). The aircraft, which was bound for São Paulo, was forced to land in Florianópolis after colliding with a bird.

According to the artist’s advice, Maiara was on a commercial flight from Latam. The singer is doing well and told her team that it was “just a scare”. Maraisa, who is her twin, was not on the aircraft.

As a precaution, at 9:57 pm yesterday (4/1), the company landed normally and in complete safety in Florianópolis the aircraft of flight LA3275 (Navegantes-São Paulo/Congonhas), after a collision with a bird. This is a common procedure when the event called a “bird strike” occurs.

LATAM provided all assistance to passengers, accommodated in a new aircraft that took off for São Paulo at 11:56 pm and landed at Guarulhos airport at 12:56 am this Wednesday (5/1).

The company also reiterates that it does not disclose the identity of its passengers and that all its decisions aim to ensure safe operation.”
