Karoline Lima reveals that daughter with Éder Militão was born deaf

Eight months after the birth of little Cecília, the influencer Karoline Lima revealed to her followers through social networks that the girl, daughter with the player Éder Militão, was born deaf in her left ear. This condition was noticed soon after delivery, on the second day of life, after the baby did not respond to stimuli.

“She was born hearing impaired. Zero hearing. It was the worst day of my life because I already started to blame myself. Imagining that, while she was in my belly, I should have been calmer, that in the process of her formation it was my fault. mine,” he blurted out.

From that moment on, Karoline says she began to pray a lot and ask that it had been a mistake in handling the device. “Neither of the two families had had an affair, but I imagined that it had been in the formation process because we know that everything that happens while we are pregnant reflects on the formation of the baby.”

But, fortunately, the scenario completely changed when, 15 days later, they had to redo the exams. “I didn’t tell anyone about it because I was hopeful that when we redid the test she would have even a little bit of hearing. Then I went to the doctor and her hearing was perfect”, he said.

It was only after the positive result that Karoline felt less guilty. She claims there was a miracle. “But the intention of me telling this is for you to see that with motherhood comes the blame for the mother. There are things that we don’t even need to blame ourselves so much, but we blame ourselves and people blame us for things we don’t even are our responsibility.”
