She starts her morning with a mug of hot lemon water. She continues with a mug of matcha tea while choosing to eat between fruit, avocado poached eggs, chia seed pudding, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg, and milk-soaked oatmeal.

Salmon with lemon and olive oil, which she accompanies with beetroot salad, is one of her favorite meals. In general, fish has a key place in her meals. Alternatively, the 57-year-old eats salads for lunch. For her dinner, she chooses between vegan pizza, sea bass with Greek salad, eggs with vegetables or hummus with vegetables. For dessert he eats dark chocolate or vegan ice cream.
